To ensure that the franchised Chopstix Noodle Bars are run with the same brand values we live and breathe day in day out we ensure that we partner up with the right franchisees who have the same vision and determination to running a successful Chopstix Noodle Bar and putting the customer at the centre of operations. To select the right franchisees we go through the following steps:
Once you have contacted us with your interest in a Chopstix franchise we will ask you to fill out an application form detailing your previous work and business history, areas of interest, type of site and available funding. If our requirements match we will move on to the next stage together.
At this stage we will conduct an initial interview to discuss your objectives and plan for a Chopstix Franchise, followed by an area and site evaluation.
Once your business plan and area/site is provisionally approved we require you to submit your financials for review to ensure that you are financially capable of launching a Chopstix Franchise – our franchise finance partners can provide support, Terms & Conditions apply.
Once your finances are approved we conduct an executive interview to discuss the final agreement and capital requirements to launch your very own Chopstix Noodle Bar.
Once the finer details are agreed upon by both parties a signed letter of engagement is sent inviting you to pay a franchisee fee deposit confirming the official engagement for both parties.
At this point you must ensure your financing is secured and that your site is approved and the lease is signed.

To ensure your success Chopstix provide a two week comprehensive on-site intensive training programme for you, your restaurant manager and chef at one of our sites of excellence restaurant training centres across the country.
