YOUR ROLE
 
We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and energetic people person with a delivery mindset to join our fun loving People Team. As the first point of contact for all things people, a friendly approach, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering a great service is super important. As is the ability to problem solve, focus on the detail, communicate at all levels – all in a non-corporate environment based in North London.
 
 
 
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
 
 Work with the Resourcing and Talent team to support the recruitment process, then issue new joiner contracts and paperwork for new starters. This includes gathering, collating, and organising documentation for new joiners’ employment records, Payroll, and HR systems.
 
 Be the in-house expert on our internal People System – Fourth Hospitality. It is vital you have experience of this system so you can hit the ground running. Responsible for providing a first-class People Systems service internally, ensuring all data is uploaded correctly, changes are made in a timely manner, staff are trained, and access levels apportioned correctly.
 
 Act as the first point of contact for all People related queries, providing general advice on areas such as absence and performance management, family leave and pay, flexible working, contracts, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
 
 Collaborate with the Payroll team to resolve all pay and pension queries.
 
 Generate reports and perform data analysis as requested.

 You are approachable and know how to communicate with empathy, are comfortable dealing with sensitive issues, tactful and diplomatic.
 
 Last but not least, you absolutely must have previous experience working in a HR Team (preferably in the hospitality or retail sector) and are highly proficient in using Fourth Hospitality.
